AJMTK Series milk tank covers milk mixing tank, mixer tank, fermentation tank, jacketed tank, stainless steel tank, milk storage tank.

Application:   For uniform mixing, agitation and hydration of the various blended elements. It is an indispensable equipment in dairy, beverage and pharmaceutical industries.  

Volume: Available from 500L to 10,000L at customer’s option

1. Material: Outer casing: Stainless steel SUS 304  Inner bladder: Stainless steel SUS 304 / SUS 316

2. Outer casing surface: Mirror polishing / 2B original sub-gloss / 2B frosted sub-gloss

3. Inner bladder surface: Mirror polishing (Roughness: Ra≤0.4μm )

4. Insulating layer:  Warm-keeping layer of polyurethane foaming ensures temperature 

                                variation of the liquid product in the tank controlled at the minimum.

   5. Liquid level gauge: Glass-type liquid-level gauge that is suitable for CIP cleaning

   6. Thermometer: Temperature indication ranging from 0 -100ºC.

   7. Sampling device:  For easy taking of product samples

8. Agitation device: Paddle type agitation, rotation 72rpm, decelerater 1:20,

                               15 – 120rpm / frame type agitation, anchor type agitation are also

                                available, depending on production technological request.

   9. CIP cleaning: T-shaped 360° rotational CIP cleaning ball

   10. Manway: Sealed-type man-hole

11. Vent: Dust-proof air-outlet

12. Product outlet valve: Push & pull type product outlet valve / stopcock

13. Electric motor & decelerator:  Aluminium alloy casing for electrical motor &

                                                     decelerator

Remarks: Other stainless steel tanks, such as: insulated (warm-keeping) storage tank,

                jacketed (heating & cooling) tank, fermentation tank, elevated tank, shear &

                emulsifying tank, direct cooling tank with various capacities are available for

                customers.
